MEDICAL REVIEW PROGRAM
Were you in a car accident and questioned by police regarding your medical condition? Or, is your doctor questioning your fitness to drive? Both law enforcement, and medical practitioners may submit your license for review by the Medical Review Program.
The Medical Review Program requires you to submit information related to your physical and mental fitness to operate a motor vehicle. If your license goes under review you will be required to get a physical by a doctor, who must answer a long list of questions to be submitted to the Medical Board. If the Medical Board determines that your license should be revoked, you will have a right to appeal that decision to the board.
